Saffil Fibre supplies engineered fibre products into the ceramic, iron and
steel, petrochemical and aerospace industries. Saffil fibre is used to provide
furnace/kiln lining and seal solutions, and is a major component in the
fabrication of hard ceramic boards and shapes for lining, structures and
consumables.
Saffil Performance Materials has developed many solutions to
unique applications in speciality and niche markets. An example is the Saffil
Catalytic Grade (CG) product which has a porous structure to allow catalyst
impregnation on the extremely high surface area fibre for flameless space
heating and industrial drying applications.
